Description

Freeze-Dried Blackberry. Dark, rich, and naturally protective.

Sourced from ripe, European-grown blackberries, these fruits are gently freeze-dried to preserve their deep purple-black color, bold flavor, and concentrated nutrition. The process keeps up to 90% of their original vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in a clean, lightweight form with no added sugar or preservatives.

100 g of fresh blackberries yields only about 10 g of freeze-dried fruit.

A 15 g serving of freeze-dried blackberries equals a small handful of fresh berries. Powder (5–8 g) is enough to add deep color, flavor, and antioxidants to recipes, shakes, or blends.

Freeze-dried blackberries are crisp, tangy, and satisfying straight from the pouch. Add them to yogurt, porridge, or muesli for a bold fruity lift. Use blackberry powder in smoothies or functional blends for a strong antioxidant boost.

In baking, they add color and flavor without moisture — ideal for muffins, cakes, waffles, or cookies. They also work as a natural food coloring for creams and icings, or as a topping for ice cream, desserts, and salads.

No added sugar. No preservatives. Just 100% blackberry.

  • Vitamin-rich: A good source of vitamin C and vitamin E, which support immunity, protect cells, and promote eye health. They also contain B-complex vitamins and folate.
  • Mineral support: Provide calcium and magnesium (working together for strong bones), potassium for blood pressure balance, and iron for blood health.
  • Special health benefits:
    • Extremely rich in anthocyanins, powerful antioxidants that strengthen capillaries, support heart health, and protect the retina from inflammation.
    • Natural anti-cancer potential: their strong antioxidant profile makes them a key element in anti-cancer diets.
    • High in fiber (up to 30% of daily needs in one cup), which supports digestion, satiety, and reduces absorption of unhealthy fats — lowering risk of heart disease.
    • Eye protection: vitamin C, E, and anthocyanins may reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration.
    • Anti-diabetic potential: low glycemic index (IG 25) and compounds that inhibit carbohydrate-metabolizing enzymes (α-amylase and α-glucosidase) may help regulate blood sugar levels — potentially as effective as some anti-diabetic drugs.

100% clean: Free from added sugar, preservatives, anti-caking agents, artificial colors, gluten, lactose, GMOs, trans fats, and cholesterol.
