Throughout these Terms, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Zahi Elements Trading FZCO. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Products

We sell freeze-dried fruit products intended for human consumption. We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are accurate. However, product appearance may vary due to natural characteristics, nutritional values are approximate, and packaging may change without prior notice.

Products must be stored in a cool, dry environment away from humidity. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated. Prices may include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders resulting from pricing or technical mistakes.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance. A binding contract is formed only once the order has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, or cancel transactions suspected to be fraudulent.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds are available. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or other external factors are beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international shipments.

Returns and Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, food products cannot be returned once delivered unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, provide photographic evidence, and retain the original packaging. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind. At our sole discretion, unopened and sealed products in original condition may be accepted within seven days of delivery, subject to inspection. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Approved refunds are processed within seven to fourteen business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Health and Nutritional Disclaimer

Our products are natural freeze-dried fruit snacks. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers with medical conditions, allergies, or specific dietary requirements should consult a healthcare professional before consumption.

Allergen Information

Although our products consist of fruit ingredients, they may be manufactured or packaged in facilities that process allergens including nuts. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consumption.

Storage Responsibility

Products must be stored in a cool, dry place and resealed immediately after opening. We are not responsible for quality deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, product descriptions, images, and design elements, is the property of Zahi Elements Trading FZCO and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website with a revised effective date.

RETURNS POLICY

Zahi Elements Trading FZCO

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of food products once delivered unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, provide photos, and retain the original packaging. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Unopened and sealed products may be eligible for return within seven days at our discretion. Return shipping costs apply.
